What makes our Guards worth their weight in carbon?

Our Carbon Guards have been tested and abused worldwide in all climates and road conditions since 2015. From the harshest Nordic winters to the hottest Australian summers, our Carbon Guards are guaranteed to protect and last.

Every Guard features a low profile all carbon fiber design topped off with a hand laid layer of self healing 12mil thick clear film provided by LaminX, one of the longest running manufacturers of clear bra (PPF) in the United States. We also coat the side that faces the wheel with a Kevlar infused black textured liner to prevent chipping. The carbon fiber construction is guaranteed for life against spider cracking, yellowing, or fading.

What makes our Guards a better option compared to other forms of mud guards or mud flaps?

Carbon Guards are guaranteed to help provide protection from road debris, rock salt, tar, and gravel. Just like many other forms and brands of mud flaps and guards, but ours do it better. Our low profile sleek design provides better aero while still providing ample protection to the lower fenders, doors, rockers, quarters, and rear bumpers.

Most OEM or molded mud guards not only promote uneven paint fade, but also rub and dig into the paint over time as the plastic expands and contracts during temperature fluctuations. The Carbon Guards won’t do that due to our flexible, flat, and sleek 2D design. 

Instalation

All of our Carbon Guards feature an easy DIY drill free install. We design every model to make use of OEM mounting areas and/or points for install with either/or a combination of OEM screws, push pins, plastic pop rivets, and 3M VHB tape. Every set comes with instructions for a dealer / factory quality install. 

The Urus uses OEM hardware for installation.

If you’re half way handy you’ll have no issues installing our Carbon Guards, but we do recommend professional install from a reputable PPF shop or installer if you have any hesitation.

This model is specifically designed and fitted to the Lamborghini Urus. This will also fit several aftermarket body kit styles, but you may want to purchase our custom hardware package.

F.A.Q

Q: How many Guards come per order?

A: You get four individual guards per order. One to go behind each wheel.

Q: Will these work for the winter or should I hold off on installing them until warmer weather?

A: Our Carbon Guards were born in Chicago, so they were built with winter in mind. Our construction and curing processes during manufacturing makes Carbon Guards suitable for all weather conditions.

Q: Can I get just two Guards?

A: Unfortunately we only offer them in sets of four.

Q: Will they fall off on the track?

A: As long as they’re installed correctly they will be suitable for any road condition, even the race track or drag strip. These sit directly behind the wheels so they catch very little wind.

Q: Will this fit with my body kit, side skirts, or lip extensions?

A: If you have a body kit, factory lip extensions, or any aftermarket accessories installed behind the rear wheels on the fenders, running boards, or rear wheels please reach out to us with photos so we can set you up correctly. In most cases our universal spacers will do the trick.
